This is Halloween is two different events, one Horse and Rider costume class and a separate all species Collaboration Parade.

Horse and Rider Costume class

Setting: A large sandy area is lined with a clean white fence. Beyond the fence is a green grass field that borders a forest. Being autumn there are a few deciduous trees that are orange and red, some evergreen trees that are green, and the pink leafed pseudo-cherry trees.

The Drawing: You need at least 2/3 of the horse showing, and 2/3s of the rider. If the costume makes parts of the rider or horses body invisible it is allowed but not the extremes(headless horsemen/horsewoman are allowed, but no invisible rider please). Horse can be preforming any action, walking, trotting or misbehaving.

Entry Form: When submiting your drawing add the following form in the description.
This form must appear in your entry(the images artist comment). No entry fee and No Preregistration required.

Judging!

You will be judged on the amount of effort in the drawing compared to the rest of your gallery. Copying will disqualify you.

Background: 0-5 points
Coloring: 0-5 points
Shading: 0-10 points
Presentation: 0-10 points
Originality: 0-25 points
Story: +1 for every 100 words, 10 points max

0-10 points will be randomly assigned, making 75 points the max you can earn.

Halloween Parade

Collaboration event

The Halloween Parade is a costume event where All species are invited! Dress up your dogs, horses, shedus, and camels and take it out on the streets.

This is a giant Halloween collaboration event, all images Must have a transparent background(a .png file). This doesn't mean that traditional drawings aren't allowed though! All traditional drawings need to be turned in a week earlier(by October 24thor sooner) so that I can give them a transparent background and touch ups. If your costume includes something that glows I will be sure to make the ground show the lighting too!
Full body only, though more then one species/horses may be in the image.

It will a nighttime background with lots of stars and large half moon.

Anyone who participates in the collaboration event will be allowed to use the full sized finished product of course.
